'Getting Ready For University' Talk
Dear Parent/Carer,

GETTING READY FOR UNIVERSITY

Date: Wednesday April 25th 6-8:30pm
Location: Checkland Building, Falmer Campus, University of Brighton

Every year University of Brighton invites parents and carers of students who are starting university in the autumn to a talk designed to answer some of the many questions parents may have. The talk is intended for parents regardless of where the student is planning on studying and focuses on:-
  • The post application admissions processes - specifically UCAS Track, Adjustment, Confirmation and Clearing. Find out what these mean and find out how you can support your son or daughter with their application
  • Student Finance and Applying for Funding
  • Accomodation Issues and how to find support
  • What students need to know before they arrive at university
If you can and would like to attend, you will need to register at:-

I do hope you can join us at this event. Parents in previous years have come away feeling far more confident about the steps they need to take to support their prospective HE student.

With best wishes,

Cordelia
