Dear Students, Parents & Carers,

We hope you found the Summer Report Card helpful, if you have not yet accessed your young person's report card, it can be found on MyVarndean for students and through our Varndean Parent Portal. If parents are yet to register for the parent portal then please do so via our website.

All Year 1 students will have a one to one Progress Review Meeting with all of their teachers which will take place in lessons next week. This is an opportunity for teachers to review the year and agree on targets to support continued progress.

These student meetings will be followed by our Year 1 Parents consultations which take place on Tuesday 17 June from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Appointment slots of 10 minutes are online via Google meet and they will be available for all subjects. Appointments can be booked from Tuesday 10 June and instructions on how to book can be found here.

I hope both students and parents/carers/guardians find these meetings useful, providing an opportunity to discuss academic progress as students look to enter their second year and start to focus more on their next steps.
